Personal data processed during communication and service provision

We collect the information you provide to us as follows:

  • if you register as a user on the website or the online platform
  • if you apply for a job with us

Use for information

You can find out about ALTOO and our range of services on the website without telling us who you are. As with any connection to a web server, the server on which we have the website and online platform provided automatically logs and stores certain technical data for a short period of time. This includes the IP address and operating system of your device, the date and time of use and the type of browser you use to access the website or online platform.

Use of our online platform

We operate The Altoo Wealth Platform (“Online Platform”). When you register as a user on the Online Platform, we collect the information you provide to us. This includes general personal data such as name and contact details as well as personal information that you or other users enter, upload, generate, store and process when using the Online Platform. The respective customer is responsible for the processing of personal data using the online platform and during its operation. We are the order processor of the customer. If you have any questions, please contact the customer who provides you with access to the online platform.

Web analytics

We use web analysis services (currently WordPress, Mailchimp, Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to evaluate the use of the website and to obtain information for its optimization. The web analysis services we use collect and store user data using cookies. Before they are transmitted to a server outside Switzerland/EU/EEA, the requesting IP addresses are shortened. We therefore do not transmit any personal data to the providers of the web analytics services abroad.

Resources from external websites

We integrate resources from external servers on our website. These contain visible content (videos, images).

When you access these resources, the operator of the external servers learns your IP address and/or certain marginal data that are necessary for the use of the external operator’s servers.
