Four years after Altoo’s launch, we have become a trusted provider of software for wealthy individuals and family offices, serving clients in 18 different countries.

Going global

For the third year in a row, Altoo is listed among Forbes top providers offering the world’s best tailored family office software when considering new solutions or additions to existing technology stacks either now or in the future.

In the past years, we have seen that this recognition is a key source of inspiration for many wealthy individuals and family offices. Combined with our commitment to the high level of security associated with a Swiss brand, and the fact that we handle 100% of our value chain in-house, we have been able to grow internationally and expand our client base to 18 different countries.

 

New features on the Altoo Wealth Platform

Living the co-creatorship spirit with our clients has once again inspired us to develop several new features and to continuously improve the Wealth Platform.

Over the last year we have been enabling our clients in their daily business with a new Overview Page, allowing them to customize the content according to their priorities.

For an efficient and secure collaboration with the trusted network of our clients, they can grant partial access on their assets and collaborate with our enhanced ‘To Do’ feature.

Finally, to track and measure performance, we have introduced new ways to group and filter assets in our Explore view and added a very intuitive way to benchmark assets and portfolios against each other or to well-known market indices.

 

Additional banks team up with Altoo

At the end of 2021 we aggregate our client’s wealth data from 87 different banks, and we are very pleased to announce two additional collaborations.

Thurgauer Kantonalbank has announced to expand its services for wealthy clients by directly providing the Altoo Wealth Platform.

The Private Bank Julius Baer invited Altoo to share its experiences on how technology supports families with inter-generational wealth transfer processes.

 

SEF awards Altoo with High Potential label

Altoo won the Swiss Economic Forum (SEF) experts over with its growth strategy and was listed as a SEF success story. We are therefore very pleased to be awarded with the “SEF High-Potential” quality label.

In the last 10 years, over 200 growth companies have been accompanied by this initiative and we see it as a huge recognition to be included in the circle of Swiss success stories such as On, Doppelleu Boxer or VIU Eyewear.
In the podcast series ‘The Makers’, the SEF partnered with Swisspreneur to interview Altoo’s CEO, Martin Stadler, who provided a personal and in-depth look at exactly who, what, and how Altoo functions as a company, team and service provider for its clients.

Joining the OpenWealth Association

In March Altoo became one of the first members of the OpenWealth Association joining forces with other innovative companies from the financial industry and fintech world.

The aim of OpenWealth is to foster the potential of open banking in defining an open API standard driven by the industry and not only regulations.

For our clients at Altoo, we currently aggregate financial data from over 80 different custodian banks, some with API, some rather manually. A certain standard for these processes will allow all involved parties to share sensitive client data in a secure and far more efficient way.
