The Altoo Wealth Platform has been created by a team of highly skilled software engineers, experts in digital customer experience, together with experienced wealth management specialists, in-house at our office in Baar and is hosted in Switzerland.

We are looking for a highly motivated:

Junior Wealth Servicing Analyst / Client Onboarding Specialist (m/f/d)

for our target client segment of UHNW Individuals, Entrepreneurs and Family Offices.

Your Role:

Daily interaction with new and existing clients to facilitate a smooth and efficient onboarding, platform education and coordination of custodian connections. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and rapid onboarding to our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Act as the first point of contact for our clients.
  • Administration: Manage administrative tasks on behalf of the Head of Wealth Servicing and the team.
  • Custodian Setup: Manage the process of bank and client documentation for establishing connections.
  • Technical Setup: Oversee setup for end users, ensuring platform and mobile accessibility for clients and curators.
  • Content Integration: Configure bankable and non-bankable assets, map portfolios, and establish client relationships and permissions within the platform.
  • Client Education: Create and deliver educational materials, ensuring clients can navigate and utilize the platform effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Wealth Management, Family Office, Client Servicing, or similar roles
  • Strong customer orientation with a focus on an excellent customer experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliability and discretion
  • Attention to detail and a structured working approach
  • Fluent German and good knowledge of English, other national languages an advantage
  • Committed to the success of the entire team
  • Empathetic and flexible in dealing with different customer needs
  • Proficiency in onboarding systems and technology platforms.
  • Constantly striving to improve customer service and exploit digitalization opportunities
