Foxstone with a focus on crowdfunding
Foxstone is a real estate crowdfunding platform founded in 2016 that offers users a turnkey service for investing in Swiss real estate when they invest as little as CHF 25,000. The platform’s easy access and wide range of categories allow real estate owners and promoters to connect with potential buyers or lenders.
Through Foxstone, investors can either purchase shares in co-owned leased assets and collect rental income, or lend directly to property developers and receive a fixed interest rate.
Since the launch of the platform in 2018, Foxstone has built a community of more than 12,000 investors. Members have received support on the platform to become co-owners of 24 buildings worth CHF 104 mil.
