BAAR, Switzerland – 22.09.2026: Altoo AG today announced the Altoo MCP, enabling clients to connect information held within the Altoo Wealth Platform with compatible AI environments of their choice via the recently released Altoo API.
Built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard for connecting AI applications with external data and tools, the Altoo MCP is designed to give private wealth owners and family offices greater flexibility over where and how they use artificial intelligence.
Rather than introducing a platform-specific AI assistant, Altoo MCP allows a client to choose the AI experience while Altoo provides the trusted, structured wealth context behind it.

Connecting AI with the complete wealth picture
Private wealth is rarely contained within a single institution or asset class. The Altoo Wealth Platform brings together bankable and non-bankable assets, documents and related information to give clients a comprehensive view of their total wealth.
The Altoo MCP is designed to make this structured context available to compatible AI applications, subject to the client’s permissions and Altoo’s access controls. Depending on the capabilities enabled at launch, clients may be able to use their chosen AI environment to ask questions, locate relevant information and support analysis or reporting workflows through natural language.
By separating the trusted wealth-data foundation from the AI interface, Altoo gives clients the freedom to adopt new AI tools without making a single assistant the permanent gateway to their wealth information.
Choice without compromising control
The Altoo MCP is being developed around three principles:
- Choice: Clients select the compatible AI environment that best suits their needs and preferences.
- Context: AI interactions can draw on the consolidated, structured wealth information held within Altoo.
- Control: Access remains subject to client authorization and the permissions made available through the Altoo Wealth Platform.
