Position: Client Onboarding and Wealth Servicing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team in Zug and support our core client segment of UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, and family offices, offering a unique combination of direct interaction with clients and hands-on work with a cutting-edge digital wealth platform.

Your Role:

You will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, guiding them through onboarding, platform education, and custodian bank integrations. Your mission is to ensure a seamless client journey from initial setup through to long-term satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Serve as the go-to contact for all platform, usage, and data questions
  • Client Education: Deliver clear training so clients can confidently navigate the platform and its features
  • User Setup: Manage onboarding for client users, ensuring smooth desktop and mobile access
  • Custodian Integration: Coordinate custodian bank connections, including documentation and data feeds
  • Platform Configuration: Configure bankable and non-bankable assets, map portfolios, and set permissions tailored to client needs
  • Data Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve final remaining reconciliation issues and client queries in collaboration with our Data Operations team
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the Chief Customer Officer and team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German with strong English skills; additional languages a plus
  • Experience in wealth management, family office services, or premium client servicing roles
  • Strong client orientation with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Reliability, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Empathetic and adaptable in working with diverse client needs
  • Proficiency in onboarding systems and technology platforms (experience with CRM, financial or wealth platforms is an advantage)
  • Team player committed to collective success and continuous improvement
